3D modelling and detailed AutoCAD schematics engineered to your connected load, operational logic and available floor space. Busbar sizing, form of separation, cable entry and component schedule are established and approved before fabrication is released.
CNC laser cutting and CNC bending for sheet metal accuracy, seven-tank pre-treatment and powder coating for finish and corrosion resistance, busbar fabrication with torqued joints, component mounting to the approved layout, and ferruled wiring dressed to the terminal schedule.

Yes. Every panel is routine tested to IEC 61439-1 and IEC 61439-2 before it leaves our works — visual inspection against the approved drawing, wiring and continuity checks, insulation resistance, high-voltage withstand at 2.5 kV, and a full functional simulation of the control logic including interlocks, timers and trip sequences. The test report is supplied with the panel.

If you have a single-line diagram or specification we work from that; if not, the connected load and application are sufficient for us to establish the requirement. Busbar sizing, form of separation and component makes are confirmed with you before fabrication begins.

Yes. We manufacture acoustic enclosures for generator sets of any rating, engineered to hold 75 dB(A) at one meter in compliance with CPCB noise standards. Enclosures are supplied for new generator installations and as retrofits to existing open sets, which is common where a plant has received a pollution control board notice or a residential noise complaint. We also manufacture noise-proof operator cabins, exhaust silencers and MS enclosures.
Load banks apply a controlled artificial load to a generator or UPS so its performance can be verified without depending on plant load. They are used for acceptance testing of new generators to ISO 8528-6, for UPS and battery validation, and for the periodic full-load trials that prevent wet stacking in standby sets that normally run lightly loaded. We manufacture AC resistive, DC resistive, RLC and rack-mountable units in portable and fixed configurations.
Yes. Paralleling sets of unequal rating requires load to be shared proportionally so the smaller set is not overloaded while the larger one runs at part load. We configure load sharing on a per-unit basis and simulate the complete paralleling sequence on the bench before the panel is dispatched. We also commission DG and Solar PV hybrid synchronization schemes.
Yes. Site installation, cable termination supervision, live testing, load trials, operator handover and commissioning documentation. For synchronization panels our engineers attend site for the first live paralleling and load-sharing verification.
Yes. Switchgear replacement, VFD retrofit, APFC addition, controller replacement on ageing synchronization panels, and rewiring of panels carrying modifications made over the years without documentation. A site survey establishes whether retrofit or replacement is the better outcome.
